I am pleased to inform that I am hosting the Home Baker'sChallenge for the month of June. Thanks to the ever so sweet Priya Suresh who
is popularly known as “Priya Akka” in blogging fraternity which lovingly means elder sister (I guess in most of
the South Indian Languages ?! ) :)
Thank you Priya for bearing with all my tantrums and still
giving me this opportunity to host this challenge for your event. Priya has started with this wonderful challenge where the group members are required to choose one or more recipes from a list given
by the host of that month. It is a themed event and every month the theme is
different. This month it was Arabic Desserts, and I got to choose the recipes
for the same.
It was such a difficult task to do that to start with, since whichever Arabic Dessert I have had in my life I have fallen in love with that instantly. And have named it the best among the lot. Selecting a few was definitely a challenge for me. I still came up with some I liked most like – Basbousa, Kunafeh, Baklava and date filled cookies.
