Fried to Fav - Round up 1

I can now understand how hard work it is to present the Roundup for any Monthly event for a Blog. And although I had attached a linky tool for the Roundups, I still wanted to do a proper roundup with bigger pictures and then the winner for this month. Moving further, here is the round up of my event " From Fried to Favorite" first Challenge. We kept it simple this time and challenged only for two simple Fried dishes: Samosa and Onion Rings. Both the dishes are loved and enjoyed by the food lovers all over the world. This was fun to see how people tweaked these two oil laden dishes into healthy yet tasty edibles.
