Hi Friends,
Its my first post for my first event, that's just one reason for me being so excited. Another being honoring my favorite Guest Anu Shoj. I find her name very cute as her smiling face, since she has joined her name Anu with her hubby's Shoj.. Sweet is'nt it ? :) :) She is basically from Andhra, India; now staying in US with her husband and adorable son Anush. Although carrying a background in Technology, she has all the best hobbies and interests such as Gardening, Crafts, Music .. Ohh Lalaa !! Young Mums are getting on their feet these days :)
She started with this wonderful blog in 2009, with a desire to save her recipes and Ingredients for future references, Good for us :). And now, in her own words, her readers and bloggers friends keep her going for new trials and experiments. I find her blog very colorful and full of life, all furnished with a good range of various cuisines and courses. Apart from being a wonderful cook, she has amazing hand in Painting and Jewelry design as well. Do visit her blog here for more details and cool designs. And as if all this is so less, she has another blog dedicated to only Cakes and Bakes, check it here. Poooff !! What a creative person she is indeed, its always an experience to surf through her blog. Below I have listed down some of my favorite recipes from her blog :

In this welcoming post, she has been kind enough to take out time from her busy schedule and post the recipe on a very short time. I would take the opportunity to thank her from the bottom of my heart before proceeding with the recipe. Avocado Parantha with Cranberry pickle... Yummy as it sounds, carries all the goodness of Avocado and Cranberries.. Without taking much of the time, I would move towards Anu's Post now ...

I am very excited about this post, as one of my blogger friends Nupur of "UK Rasoi" has asked me to be a guest of honor for her first event. Am really feeling very happy and proud to write the guest post and thank Nupur for giving me this oppurtunity. She has a wonderful space with healthy and easy recipes. Though I am not the best in whatever I do, I admire her for appreciating my recipes and blogs/blog posts and in making me feel proud of myself, where I try to focus more on healthy recipes, modify recipes with addition of healthy ingredients and make easy recipes as much as possible.

She asked me to come up with one recipe which should be vegetarian. So I thought of making these two recipes, combined in one and keep it healthy as always - being loyal to my blog :) and as well as to myself.
I have created two different posts for each recipe and combined it here, providing the links.......
1. Avocado Paratha
2. Cranberry Pickle
